Why doesn't my site show up on Google?

Even those pages that appear within the natural search results of other search engines such as Yahoo or MSN, sometimes do not appear on Google. Why? Have I been penalized?

Search results vary and constantly evolve over time, sometimes improving and worsening. Pages can even disappear sometimes from the results of a search engine, not only because of a penalty but also due to an update of the algorithm.

For this reason and to avoid relying solely on a single word is advisable to optimize the page for a number of keywords or keyphrases, so that we limit the risk of disappearing.
